Knowledge to Action Foundation Tradeathon

By No Comments

Tuesday 30th July 2013 marked the date of the first ever Australian Tradeathon held in house by Knowledge to Action, in aid of the Knowledge to Action Foundation.

The Knowledge to Action Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation committed to positively improving the quality for life of children around the world. Focusing on education, life skills and youth leadership initiatives, the foundation strives to equip young people with the essential building blocks of life. The Foundation’s mission is to provide children regardless of background, with the tools, strategies and emotional confidence so that they can reach their full potential and realise their ultimate destiny.

In order to raise money for this fantastic cause, we were joined by 45 students, graduates and partners of Knowledge to Action, to trade for 12 hours.

Throughout the day we had some excellent entertainment from Jack Daniels Roving Magic, a wonderful presentation on state of mind from the multi-talented Jason Jelicih, who then created some delicious cocktails whilst impressing us with his cocktail flaring.  All of this was rounded off with the essential party package of music, great food and drinks.

We would like to thank all guests, partners and participants of our Tradeathon and for their donation to The Knowledge to Action Foundation.
